@MojangSupport Submitting tickets isn't getting me anywhere! Bought the game in 2010, migrated my account. My game doesn't appear on my account, i've provided purchase ID, please help!!!

I understand the delay but each time I do get a reply, I get generic advice which doesn't apply and i'm told the ticket will be closed.
