@MojangSupport just switched game between emails and also transferred it from the old account type to the new one that doesnt use usernames, but it says I dont own the game. Help?

Took y'all 4 months to respond to me last time i made a ticket. I'm only getting bot responses this time, cant you just get someone to give me the game i purchased already?
