I'm sorry to hear about this! It may have been an auto-response that went out to players regarding the Windows 10 codes. Because this doesn't apply to your situation, simply reply to the email, and someone will assist you as soon as possible. ^SP

I've just got an automated response saying it's not an active address. I started a new ticket before tweeting you guys last night, as per requested in the automated response. The email I've just fired off to the original ticket seems to have made another different ticket. Help.

So, for reference - the original Ticket is 514990, the ticket that I was assigned due to the starting a new ticket as per the automated response 592613, and the ticket because I responded to the original one again 595482. It's a bit of a mess.
