@MojangSupport Bought the game back in your earlier days, have a confirmation e-mail, played it muchly. Tried to login again, found my account doesn't exist and that it has "already been migrated to a Mojang account". Have tried all your support ideas - Please help

Hi Mojang Support, I did submit an e-mail but a week later and all I have received is automated messages, with no confirmation that I have a ticket in the system. 5 minute fix for mine, when can i expect to see a resolution?
