I'm sorry to hear about that! When you receive an auto-response for common issues, simply reply to the email, and someone will assist you as soon as we can. ^SP

Thats exactly what I did, as soon as I recieved each message! No one has got back to me since!
By "as soon as we can" he probably means as soon as the one man team that's running the support tickets get finishes the 10,000 tickets ahead of you. I'm I wonder if they've got to the guy last week who's been waiting since September?
