There seems to be a problem with the helpdesk system. My original ticket was #290888 but now it's showing as #586462. Can you confirm the first ticket is still in the system and open?

This is the same response you give everyone @MojangSupport Whats the point in a Support page on Twitter if your not gonna support anyone?

Mojang I've had this same problem. After 2 months of emailing you guys still nothing. I even tracked down my transaction ID from 2011 as difficult as that was and still no response.
