@MojangSupport I have an account that was meant to have migrated to a new email years ago and believed it had all gone through fine until recently when i decided to pick up minecraft again only to find out the account is now empty. It should have both a java edition and win 10

On average how long have people been waiting for a reply its just its coming up for 48hrs and I wasn't expecting as long a wait

Its now been a week and still no response since the auto email response for acknowledgement. Does it really take a week to reply.... busy or not this seems excessive!
