.@MojangSupport I've been trying to get into my Minecraft account since last October. I've made numerous support requests but only ever get general replies that don't help. I have my username, transaction ID, email address, but I never receive the password reset emails. Pls help!

Patience is one word for waiting since October for a substantive response! I have all the info ready, I just need to speak to someone. Are you really saying you have a six month backlog?

This is becoming insane. My support ticket was unilaterally closed because 'It appears your request is about the Windows 10 code.' It isn't: I can't log into my account, which may have been compromised. I'm told to 'send a new help ticket' but this is my 4th ticket already. HELP
