@MojangSupport I've been trying to purchase Minecraft Java Edition since Monday, but the purchase never goes through. I have enough money in my bank account and my details have been accurate. Why might this be the case?

I'm unable to do so, as emailing requires giving an in-game Java account name - which I won't have until the purchase works.
