@MojangSupport my son still can't log in to minecraft. It's been about 5 weeks, and no support. He's playing on my account now, but that means that we can't play together. I've scraped up two transaction ids from my mail -- but I don't know which is his and which is mine /2

So now it's been about 7 weeks since my son was locked out of his account, and still no actual help from @MojangSupport . I've mailed multiple times. I've included transaction ids. I've invoked the incantation of the Ender Dragon with the remains of a cat I found. NO FUCKING LUCK
