@MojangSupport So I just wasted 2 hours trying to get the Windows 10 version of @Minecraft on my son's laptop. I have lost count of the amount of times I've bought this game. PS3, PS4, PC, Android (twice, before family library was a thing). I don't want Java, I want Win10 version

Can I ask, what actual support does this account give? You seem to reply to all requests for help with the same response, send an email. I did that yesterday.
