@MojangSupport Made a ticket 12 days ago b/c my account was stolen. I have not heard back from support aside from an automated "tickets are taking longer, reply if you need human help", despite reaching out in same email chain. What's the avg wait-time? Thanks.

Sorry about any delay you're encountering! We try to respond to tickets as quickly as possible in the order they were received. We appreciate your patience!

I'd like a timeframe please. :) I'm seeing people mention that they've been waiting months, is this what I should expect? I get support is understaffed--but a company like Mojang should, at minimum, have a transparent system where you can see if your ticket is still open.
I have submitted a ticket more than a month and a half ago, no one cares. No one responds. They just have someone on twitter sending people away. Forget about your stolen account. They don't care

Yeah seems like they're majorly understaffed (probably deliberate) & that's not the support's team fault. Definitely a profit-minded decision to do tickets over email w/ no easy way to track on the client end, and not hire/train staff even though this is an ongoing issue.
Do you know a general time frame I can expect a reply? I first reached out over a month ago on March 19th and have only received auto responses. (561263)
