Just purchased Minecraft on PS4 can't sign in to Microsoft account I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and closing down game nothing works. Can't understand your website to get a support ticket. Is there a solution to this problem please

I went to that site and it's a joke I can't even find how to open a support ticket it keeps asking me to log in via various different ways rubbish support site
