@MicrosoftHelps @MojangSupport v1.14.60 on Nintendo Switch won't allow me to connect to my friends worlds on PS4/PC. Keeps saying "unable to connect to world" - would appreciate a response.

I've looked through both articles you provided and the ones from @MicrosoftHelps - nothing regarding the issue that I'm having with connecting to friends worlds. seems a lot of people are having the same issue - any fixes?
