I opened a new ticket because there is no way your services can be than slow, just NO WAY! My ticket MUST have been ignored or trashed. Can you not help me at all really? I dont want to wait 3 more months, its ridiculous!!! I want what i paid for NOW!!!

Cant i just buy a new copy then when i get my old account merge them and be refunded or 1 copy??? Its not even a problem about money, its just that i dont want to have 2 accounts JUST BECAUSE the service is too slow, thats not my fault its yours that it is
