@MojangSupport i bought a game from your site Mojang and i never recived it transaction went trough but it got me an error code and never got the game.i need help here

If you didn't receive an email from Mojang with a Transaction ID for a purchase, the order is most likely in-complete, and we're unable to refund incomplete orders. You can see some troubleshooting ideas for this here help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… I hope this helps! ^SA
