@MojangSupport I had redeemed the code for my free version of MC for Win 10 in 2018 and it is showing up in my Mojang acct. Microsoft is not reflecting the free version on my acct. tho and says I had to contact you all. Any suggestions? Maybe I need a new code? Thank you! <3

If you suspect your account was compromised, resulting in losing your Windows 10 code, please send us an email at help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… and we will assist as soon as possible. Please remember to attach your Transaction ID. ^SA

Thank you for the canned response...I do not think that my acct. was compromised (I prev. stated that I was the one who redeemed the code back in 2018). I also already submitted a ticket through the system you linked to. If you need my contact info for that ticket, let me know.
