@MojangSupport a little help please! I've opened a Minecraft Realm but one of the accounts is unable to place or destroy blocks - they can join and move within the realm but not interact with it. I've logged them in on both an iPad and a Kindle Fire.

I noticed you mentioned users on your Realm using both iOS and Java. Please note that Minecraft Java Realms cannot cross-play with Bedrock Editions such as Windows 10 and Pocket Edition. For help with a Java realm, please reach out to us here help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/…...
