@MojangSupport a friend of mine had their Minecraft account hacked into and had their email and password for the account changed, but they dont have the email for their transaction id anymore because of its age, how can the issue be solved so they can get the account back?

Please have them submit a request to us with an email they can access, and confirm as much info about the account as possible (email/username/transaction ID/purchase date/etc). They can contact us here help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… and we will assist as soon as possible....
