@MojangSupport I had redeemed the code for my free version of MC for Win 10 in 2018 and it is showing up in my Mojang acct. Microsoft is not reflecting the free version on my acct. tho and says I had to contact you all. Any suggestions? Maybe I need a new code? Thank you! <3

I have attempted to locate my game using both accounts I have ever had with Microsoft. The game is simply not there in my library.
