@MojangSupport I purchased a realm 6 days ago ....emailed various times..... I can't access my realm. It's showing as a subscription on Microsoft account but not in game. I then get this screen sometimes and when I go to continue my game crashes

Please try logging out/into your Xbox Live on your computer, as this can help your Realm status update. Additionally, please open the Microsoft Store app and look for updates for Minecraft by clicking the "Downloads and Game Updates" option in the top-right. ^SA
