Hey there! I know this tweet is kinda old, but I redeemed my W10 code years ago, back when the offer started. Issue is, I cannot see the W10 edition in my account.. Like, anywhere. Any help there?

Because of the whole pandemic and working as a frontline healthcare worker, I missed the deadline for redeeming a bedrock code (life was a bit frantic). I purchased my copy back in 2013. It'd mean the world to me if you could make an exception and allow me to redeem a code

My minecraft game on the PS4 has been stuck on the loading screen for 4 days now. It’s completely frozen and won’t work :(
