How do you actually get the code? I have a transaction ID from my original game purchase, and an email from Mojang from when my account was migrated from old Minecraft account. But I can't log in, and never received a code. Please help?

I know it's 9 days off, but I redeemed a couple days before, but was told my code was redeemed. Contacted Microsoft, but got a message saying "That code doesn't belong to you". Now I don't even have the code and nothing is tied to my account. Looking at Mojang, it's still there.
