I cant get Minecraft Windows 10 Edition. When I click the button I have to put in the code. But i didnt get any code and I dont know what to do. Also the page account.mojang.com/me looks different for me than for my friends and I dont know why

Your support sucks..... Been trying for 10 days to get support and I get nothing!!!! I've bought my son 3 different versions as he loves minecraft... Yet he cant play cross platforms. I've bought the p.c version The xbox version And the PS4 version... Be nice to get support!!!!
