I cannot use my code because it has apparently already been redeemed, I have tried to contact both Mojang and Microsoft support. No help from either. Is this a bug or what is the solution?

Hi. My world is saying that it is corrupt or can't be sync. Is there anyway to fix this? I have tried the cloud save option didn't work. Reinstalling the game. Etc. I have so much on the world including my niece's builds before she passed away. Help please

If you've redeemed a code before, you can see on your Mojang account settings page here account.mojang.com/me/settin… and you can also log into your Microsoft (Xbox Live) Account in the Microsoft Store to see if your account owns a copy of Minecraft for Windows 10. ^SA
