@MojangSupport I purchased the game Minecraft Java Edition for PC and you have charged to my credit card but in my account don't appears neither the game nor the confirmation email or anything. I want my money back.

Haven't recieved any transaction ID, any confirmation e-mail, any reedem code, nothing, I only recieved a 23'95€ charge on my credit card account.
