You say you’ll have more codes before the April 20yh deadline but I’ve been trying for 4 days without any success and you don’t respond to my emails, tweets or support tickets... can you at least keep a record of those people TRYING and give us a rain check?

So we were doing a bit of searching, uhh we assume that if we redeemed this offer way back when it offered but didn't get around to claiming the code in the windows store and claiming it the code would not be valid anymore due to end of promotion?
