Mojang Support, there was an error with my code in redeeming Win10 Edition. It says the code has already been redeemed, but my Windows account doesn’t own Bedrock Edition. Is it possible for me to get a new code?

This is most likely a temporary issue, but please try logging out and into your Microsoft (Xbox Live) Account in the Microsoft Store first. I hope this helps! ^SA
