hi there mojang so lately i opened up minecraft windows 10 edition and my skin was not showing but just the loading sprite and when i clicked profile my game froze and crashed when i tried going on a world it crashed i tried going to beta and now im stuck even if i reinstall

Hey, So I'm having an issue. I've had Minecraft java Edition since May, 2018 and I redeemed and ran the windows 10 edition. But now it isn't listing as an owned game and tells me to buy it.

I am so confused, I got the code a while ago but i am now on a new computer. I changed my email in my account and now my code isn't working anymore. Shouldn't i have changed my email? What did i do wrong?

If you've redeemed a code for Minecraft for Windows 10 in the past, please sign into the same Microsoft (Xbox Live) Account you used in the Microsoft Store, and you should still own Minecraft for Windows 10. I hope this helps! ^SA

I'm still have issues for bedrock, since the bee update; it freezes and cant do anything, but shut down the game. It freezes after 5-30 minutes of playing. It sucks and I hate it 2. I use 2 play at least 2 hours or so and not realize it tho
