@MojangSupport We purchased a Creative Furniture world on Minecraft (Switch) and after two days it's now locked. When selected it's saying we have to purchase again! Please advise as it wasn't reasonably priced to start with.

Following your suggestion I emailed Minecraft Help nine days ago and i am yet to receive a reply. My son is also now trapped in two other Minecraft worlds in areas which won't let him dig out. Complete waste of money 😡
