@MojangSupport I have been a longtime supporter of Minecraft (since alpha version nearly 10 years ago). Have been trying to migrate my account for years now after the transition but never receive a support email after reaching out. Cannot retrieve lost receipt from 10 years ago.

The problem is I dont have a transaction ID from 10 years ago anywhere to be found. No way my email and information can be looked up without it?
