@MojangSupport a little help please! I've opened a Minecraft Realm but one of the accounts is unable to place or destroy blocks - they can join and move within the realm but not interact with it. I've logged them in on both an iPad and a Kindle Fire.

If this problem is isolated to your mobile phone, please try force-closing all open apps, and restarting your device. You may also try logging out and back into your Microsoft (Xbox Live) Account within your game's settings. I hope this helps! ^SA

Sadly not - I’ve tried two different devices / different OSes, logged off/ closed down and restarted. Had everyone else logout of realm and rejoins. No joy. Consistent bug over multiple days.
