Hello @MojangSupport, it's been more than 3 months since I can't access my Mojang account and I cannot reset it. I've sent many emails but I didn't get any response. How is it possible?

Yeah of course, but I keep doing this, and for each request I receive after 2 weeks an automatic mail: "Hope your problem is solved!", but no, it cannot be solved automatically.

Also I've purchased my account more than 5y ago (and I don't have my Transaction ID), and according to this page (help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/…) I can give other information that was refused by only response I got in February. Is this page outdated?
