@MojangSupport I've had my account password, security questions and email changed by someone else. Have submitted a support request a few days ago but heard nothing back. I don't have the transaction ID for Minecraft as my account anymore as it's an old purchase. What can I do?

You can look into ways to recover your transaction ID here help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… and reply back to the confirmation email from sending your request. We're continuing to work through player requests in the order received and will assist as soon as we can! ^SA

Ive looked through that link multiple times but don't have any of the info regarding purchases of the game, pretty sure I got it with paypal around 2011 and my paypal only shows transactions up to 3 years ago. What's the current wait time on email responses? it's been over a week
