@MojangSupport a little help please! I've opened a Minecraft Realm but one of the accounts is unable to place or destroy blocks - they can join and move within the realm but not interact with it. I've logged them in on both an iPad and a Kindle Fire.

Thanks for getting back to me. I don’t think it is a connection problem - everyone can join and move around quite happily but one user is unable to interact with the blocks (place/ destroy blocks), no issue in other worlds, only the realm. Affects iOS and Android (not Java).
