@MojangSupport my sister and i cant login into our microsoft accounts for some reason. shes on ps4 and im on pc and we both cant login for over a day now. we would really apriciate some help with this issue.

This is most likely a temporary issue, but please try force-closing/restarting your Minecraft game in your console/PC, and try logging into your accounts at microsoft.live.com to ensure your accounts haven't been affected by multiple signin attempts. ^SA

We have tried closing/restarting our console/pc. We tried reinstaling minecraft and our microsoft accounts are fine and dont show any problems what so ever.

@MojangSupport the problem is still there and our microsoft accounts are 100% fine. i would really apriciate your help or i will demand a refund on both purchaces.
