@MojangSupport Trying to get on my account yet its saying the password is incorrect. I then send a "forget password" which hasn't come through for hours yet. Won't let me login on the web, minecraft.net or mojang. Please help me.

The emails are not in the junk/spam. The error still persists. I have submitted a request. Only issue is, I purchases mincraft a decade ago. I don't have the transaction ID or well, where to find it?
