@MojangSupport I'm a Minecraft ps4 user.
When I tried to enter tonight, I received a message saying that I would not be able to use the store for a few days, but I was also unable to log into the game.
the only screen that is shown is a white screen with the Minecraft logo

Please try logging out and in from your Microsoft (Xbox Live) Account within the game settings, as well as force-closing and restarting the game application. I hope this helps! ^SA
