@MojangSupport So, after purchasing a copy of minecraft 9 days ago, my account has already been stolen. Because I didn't log into my email yesterday, so I didn't see the "password has been changed" email and now you will not send me a reset password link. Why make it so easy?

Please send us an email at help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… and we will assist. Remember to attach your Transaction ID.

This was obviously my first step, filling out the forms that you have on your website and including my Transaction ID. I then sent a follow-up email as you request in your auto response. Do I have to do secret other steps like composing a brand new email to get service?
