@MojangSupport I can't connect to my realm nor can any of my friends. Tried PC, mobile switch, and xbox1. All give same error. Tried closing realm to reopen but it fails to close. Are you guys actually looking into it? Any news? I still have 25 days left on my sub.

The problem you've described sounds like a temporary issue and should have been resolved now.
