@MojangSupport I'm still having intermittent problems getting into and re-loading worlds in my realm. Any hope you can scale up the realms service a little?

I solved my problem yesterday by buying a second realm. Today, both Bedrock edition realms are inaccessible. Maybe in an hour I'll be able to log in. (I hope!) Mojang needs to scale something up... realm player limit options, host servers, error messages, FAQs to start with.
