@MojangSupport I'm not getting my system emails and when I did finally get a support email it was supremely unhelpful I no longer have my transaction I.D and need Assistance with an account reset through alternative means

There's the problem I tried that and it wants me to recover my transaction ID however the information needed for that is no longer available since I haven't had the card used for 2 years now
