@MojangSupport Are you effing kidding me rn with this nonsense? I've been waiting since either August or October and already replied once that my issue hadn't been resolved. I bought a lot of content on Xbox 360 and recieved none of it when I linked my microsoft account on PS4.

I just need to talk to someone, my microsoft account is regularly logged into on my phone to check e-mails, so I know it's not a dead account issue. I no longer own the Xbox 360, and don't have Minecraft on anything else.
