@MojangSupport Wanting to buy Minecraft, a bug appeared, relaunched the page. I don't have access to the game, but my bank account was charged 23.95 euros. I didn't receive an email with the transaction ID, or an email allowing me to play.
I would like to know what to do.

If you haven't received an email from Mojang confirming a Transaction ID for the previous purchases. The orders are most likely in-complete, and we're unable to refund incomplete orders. We'd recommend contacting your bank to resolve the pending transactions. ^SA
