Can't get into Realms on Minecraft: Java Edition? Due to GDPR (minecraft.net/privacy/gdpr/ ) users under the age of 16 need parental consent to play on Realms. To set up parental consent on an account, visit minecraft.net/update-account.

@MojangSupport we've been trying to convert out trial Realms account into a paid account for several days. The security question won't update, and Mojang isn't responding to our help ticket requests. Suggestions?

Please check that the security question reset emails aren't in your junk/spam folders. For reference, the reset email will come from the address "noreply@mojang.com" I hope this helps! ^SA
