i bot minecraft it said error and it took my money but i still cant download it and i did not get a transaction ID email. what should i do?

If you have not received an email from Mojang containing a Transaction ID, this means the order has failed and we are not able to refund incomplete orders. We recommend contacting your bank to have any pending authorizations resolved. I hope this helps! ^SA

ok if i cancel the purchesing and then buy it again will it work? and it said o the bank app than the money did not go though yet so will it work if i do that?
