Hi @MojangSupport On 4/4 I tried to buy minecraft java edition game in your site minecraft.net/es-es/ using my account inaki.soto@hotmail.com. I made 4 attempts all finished on message "ERROR PROCESSING THE ORDER" but YOU HAVE CHARGED 4 x 23,95€ ON MY BANK CARDS. Please help

If you have not received an email from Mojang containing a Transaction ID, this means the order has failed and we are not able to refund incomplete orders. We recommend contacting your bank to have any pending authorizations resolved. I hope this helps! ^SA

Hello @MojangSupport I confirm I dont have any email containing a Transaction ID, and yes I know the order has failed. But I have contacted my bank and there is still an amount of 23,95€ withheld by Mojang since 04/04 and my bank says it is only you who can cancel it. Do it asap
