@MojangSupport is there a way to turn the narrator off completely? No matter how many times I manually do it, it comes back on with every new world. Usually to say packs did not load. Which I can't seem to fix.

This may depend on the version of Minecraft you're playing, but if you're playing Windows 10 Edition the keyboard shortcut 'Ctrl+B' should toggle this feature. I hope this helps! ^SA

We're playing the PS4 new Bedrock edition. I can toggle the button to say it is off, but it does not stay off. It has only recently started happening with the last update.
