@MojangSupport I purchased skin packs 1 & 2 on Xbox One Edition and they were on the Bedrock edition but now they’ve disappeared and I have to buy them again. This is everything that is in the “my packs” section. How do I get them back?

Please try restarting your Minecraft application, as well as logging out and back in to your Microsoft Accounts. Additionally, you may log into your Microsoft Live account separately, or download and log into your Microsoft Account in the Xbox Live app. ^SA

I’ve restarted my Xbox a few times, I’ve power cycled it. I’ve signed out of my Xbox and back in. Nothing works. Please help @MojangSupport
