@MojangSupport My daughters and I purchased content in January of last year and it's all showing locked and not purchased on our accounts. We can still see the game saves that used the content. I contacted Microsoft last month, but nothing was ever corrected.

Please try restarting your Minecraft application, as well as logging out and back in to your Microsoft Accounts. Additionally, you may log into your Microsoft Live account separately, or download and log into your Microsoft Account in the Xbox Live app. ^SA
